CUPE 3876 is looking for people to volunteer as picket captains in the event of a strike. What is a picket captain??? The picket captain is?

• the representative of the union on the picket line
• the leader of the picket line – inspiring picketers, solving problems, answering questions
• the link between the strike committee and the picket line
