We need your votes, we need to go to the bargaining table and say the members will not accept the current offer for wages that has been offered to other locals.
The current wage proposal shared with some of our locals is 2% the first 2 years and 1.25% for 1 or 2 more years depending on the length of the new contract. This is unjustified in our economic environment a Janitor will see a raise of only $1.34 in 4 year contract. Please share the word and vote.
