Collective agreement
Your collective agreement sets out your rights and responsibilities at work. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please talk to your steward or a member of the executive.
Bylaws
Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run.
Benefits
Benefits for CUPE 3876 members are bargained with the employer, and are provided through Blue Cross. If you feel you are being unreasonably denied benefits that you should be entitled to, talk to a member of the executive.
Pensions
Pensions for CUPE 3876 members are bargained as part of our collective agreement, and are provided through the Nova Scotia Education Common Services Bureau Pension Pension Plan for Non-Teaching Employees. If you have questions about your eligibility to participate in the plan or about your benefits and can't get a good answer from the employer, talk to a member of the executive.
